This position has been created due to continued business growth and increasing demand, allowing you to build and scale your own portfolio over time. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and leadership group, giving you the tools and guidance needed to succeed while maintaining autonomy in your role. Benefits & Perks Start with a small portfolio (approx. 30 properties) Excellent growth opportunity to build your own portfolio Up to $80,000 Super Work-from-home flexibility (2 days post-probation) Monday to Friday role — no weekend work Access to company vehicles for out-of-office duties Key Responsibilities Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio (starting with approximately 30 properties) Build and grow the portfolio through new business opportunities Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections with detailed reporting Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades Manage arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals Leasing support provided — allowing you to focus on portfolio management and growth.
